We have sorted the entire ASL program into four houses, like you read about in the Harry Potter series. There are a few aims to utilizing this system... The main...

In order to be a top level athlete the discipline of sleep is also a necessary component. Please enjoy this article on The Importance of Sleep Recovery....

As the Long Course season gets underway, I'm sure there are many new swim parents (and maybe even some veterans) asking, "Why are there so many meets on the schedule?" It gets even a little more complicated in June when you add in Summer League meets. Well...Coach Greg wrote a great piece on this particular subject back in August, but many of you probably missed it because you either weren't on the team yet or because it was during our "offseason" month. Either way, it's a great explanation of why...

Over the next few months, we will periodically feature former ASL swimmers who are swimming or finished swimming in college. There are LOTS of great reasons for kids to keep swimming and take their love for the sport to the next level by swimming in college. We hope to highlight the personal stories of some of our fantastic ASL graduates. We hope it inspires our young ASL athletes to strive for this great opportunity! First up is, Hannah Gunsallus from the Class of 2021. Hannah is a sophomore distance freestyle...

The results of the 2022-23 GA Swimming Canned Food Drive were announced at the recent LSC House of Delegates meeting in Macon. Your steady and amazing support helped us raise over $1200!!! While this was just a couple cans/dollars short of the first place prize, the fact that both teams raised such a huge amount is being rewarded by Georgia Swimming and BOTH clubs will get a visit from Olympian and World Champion breaststroker Nic Fink! Stay tuned for information on the date and time for this exciting event!
