WHAT IS THE ASL TRAVEL SQUAD?

The ASL Travel Squads are our 6 groups that are training year-round, where athletes have made the decision that swimming is a top priority outside of school and family. Depending on the age, athletes will train 3-7 workouts per week, and compete in 1-2 meets per month, advancing through our program and up the USA Swimming competition ladder over the years.
