CODES OF CONDUCT -
USA Swimming and ASL take standards of behavior seriously. ASL adheres to all USA Swimming policies and, in some instances, has adopted their own more detailed guidelines and procedures. Any reports of inappropriate behavior between or towards teammates will be carefully handled. Below are the Codes of Conduct that apply to all ASL athletes, coaches and parents:
GENERAL POLICIES/GUIDELINES -
ASL Athlete Illness/Injury Protocol
ASL Electronic Communication Policy
ASL Grievance Procedure Policy
ASL Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy
ASL Travel Squad Meet Volunteer Commitment Policy
ASL Outreach Membership Program Policy
ASL Whistleblower Protection Policy
Additionally, ASL asks that all parents (and swimmers, if desired) be set up to receive text alerts from ASL. These notifications will be relatively infrequently and will only be used for important, time-sensitive alerts such as last-minute pool closures or practice cancellations due to inclement weather. To set your ASL account up for text alerts, please follow the link below for instructions. If you have further questions, please contact your site Vice President or any board member for assistance. Thank you for enabling great communication for our team!
